Ocean Light

I move in and out of the currents like the stray moonbeam that is neither here nor there.  I enter the castle of the unseen world as it opens its drawbridge to me. There is a deep light that dawns below the surface, twisting and turning upon the coral, reflecting their angles and capturing the dreams of their flight.

I connect with the rush of the water that cascades over me and I surrender into the shimmering, glistening sea.  The velvety fingers gently reach out and sooth my skin.  Caressing me with the deepest feeling of love and light.  The thirsty waves lap around my body, bringing me closer.  I exhale to let in more love, more light and more of the powerful surge that emerges from the bottom of the ocean.

Laden with tiles from the reef, the deepest pools are shallow and inviting.  When there is no bottom and only the surface remains, I pour my soul into the space in between.  I drink in the liquid light as it dissolves the edges of my throat and elevates my soul into the place where I can no longer sense the boundaries of my etherical body.

I am deeply one with this force that must remain outside of me.  I am inside of it.  We are intertwined with clear beginnings and no endings.  I am immersed in the very thing that causes me to not breathe.  Its breathless rapture is deep inside of me.  We are symbiotic.  I am One.  We are One.

I pause and cast a furtive glance as I turn to go.  I contemplate how I can incorporate this dreamy liquid silver into my veins. With softest touch and longest reach, the sea cradles me and begs me not to go.  I capture the dreamiest of moods with my lens so as not to forget how it sparkles and glimmers luxuriously behind me.  Always waiting to greet me again tomorrow.
